All applications submitted to our company are recorded in the EKOPLAS Human Resources CV database and kept within the framework of confidentiality principles.
In line with EKOPLAS workforce planning, firstly, a search is made from the CV database for open positions and job advertisements are published on different tools. A pool of candidates suitable for the required qualifications/experiences for the position sought is created and the recruitment process is initiated.
In the process of our values;
- Candidates found suitable from the candidate pool are invited for an interview.
- Personality inventory, if required by the position, a foreign language test and aptitude test are applied to the candidates who are found suitable as a result of the preliminary interview made by the Human Resources.
- After this stage, the Human Resources and the relevant department manager hold a second meeting to question the common values and competencies of the candidates who are found positive.
- Candidates who are found positive as a result of all these evaluations are invited to the senior management interview.
- After this stage, candidates who are found suitable for the position are informed about wages and fringe benefits and a job offer is made.
- With the agreement of the candidate, the recruitment process is carried out and the orientation process is started.
